Free Local Pickup: just bring your confirmation email & meet at the Post Office in Oyster Bay, NY to pick up your new plant babies! We will email you to see what date and time works best for you!

 

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship within the continental United States, sorry international friends!

 

When can I expect my plant?

Please allow approximately 3-5 businesses days for order processing.

Standard shipping is 1-7 business daysIf you place your order late in the week or over a weekend and select standard shipping, it will not ship until the following Monday – Wednesday. We try not to ship toward the end of the week to avoid plants getting stuck in shipping facilities on Saturday and Sunday. 

Your plants are carefully wrapped in heavy duty, compostable kraft sleeves and packed with biodegradable packing peanuts to keep them from moving during transit. All plants will arrive in their grow pot. 

 

What is your return policy?

Please be aware, all purchases are FINAL SALE. Due to the limited availability we do not accept returns or cancelations after an order is placed. However, every plant is delicate and the shipping process is not always kind, so if your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery info@bohoplant.com. If possible please include any photo or video of the issue at hand so we can best assess and quickly handle any problems that may arise. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked as delivered by carrier, but are not received, are the customer's responsibility to track. Boho Plant is not liable for packages once they are delivered by the carrier. If your item has been lost or stolen after delivery please contact your local post office or visit the links provided below as we are not able to track the parcel down on our end.

If you have accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address Boho Plant is not liable for additional shipping or replacement item cost. New postage cost will be the customer's responsibility. If plants are returned back to us and are not in good condition to be shipped back out due to extended transit, we will do our best to replace items but we can not guarantee a refund or replacement will be given.

We typically use USPS Priority mail, but will use whichever carrier is most economical for each individual order.
